Capital for the companies defining the next decade of intelligence.

Boston Venture Capital is a private investment firm. We allocate patient capital to a small number of operators building enduring businesses in applied artificial intelligence. We do not chase narratives. We underwrite revenue.

№ 01 · Thesis

The defining companies of the next decade will be built by teams that treat intelligence as infrastructure — not as a feature, not as a wrapper, and not as a brand. Their advantage will compound quietly, in margins and retention, long before it is visible in the press.

We are concentrated, long-horizon investors. We hold positions for ten years and longer. We meet weekly, write seldom, and pass on the overwhelming majority of what we see. The discipline is the product.

What we look for.

Revenue discipline

We back operators who treat unit economics as a first-class engineering problem. Growth without margin is not growth — it is a subsidy.

Technical depth

Applied intelligence is a craft. We look for teams that own the hard parts of their stack and can explain, in detail, why their approach is durable.

Founder obsession

A decade of conviction beats a quarter of momentum. We invest in founders whose problem has chosen them, not the other way around.

№ 02 · Approach
